Rates:

Bee Lovely Botanicals ships through the United Stated Post Office. Our website is integrated with live rates through the USPS, and our shipping rates are imported directly from the USPS. Generally, packages under a pound can ship for around $4-$5, while packages over a pound will range from $8-$20. On rare occasions, (especially orders with multiple gift boxes) the website may charge more than it actually costs us to ship your package. If the difference is over $2, we refund the shipping overage to the payment method used for checkout.

Turn Around Time:

We strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible. It is our general policy to ship orders within 2 business days of when the order was placed. We are a small family business, and there are occasions where we may not be able to ship your order within our typical 2 day window. If there is a holdup with your order, we notify you via email with the expected ship date. Any order that requires personalization (such as an Adopt a Hive or favors) is an exception to the 2 day turn around time.

Tracking + Insurance:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that states the order is complete, and another email with a USPS tracking number included. Generally, priority mail takes 2-4 days, and first class takes 4-6 days to arrive at its destination. (These times are estimates during normal shipping periods. They do not account for delays or high volume seasons.)

Our packages are all insured through the USPS. If your order arrives damaged, take pictures of the outside of the box and also of the contents and email jodie@beelovelybotanicals as soon as possible.
